We also have 2 full bathrooms for comfort, a spacious living and dining room, high speed internet service, smartTV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace where you can enjoy the sunsets overlooking the bay and overlooking a sports complex of paddle tennis courts.

If you come by car, do not worry, we have a safe parking space for you to leave your car.

Please note that our apartment is located in a typical condominium of the region, so it does not have an elevator and you will have to take the stairs to the third floor.

Limited access for people with mobility problems: Being on a third floor with no elevator, access could be difficult for people with mobility difficulties.

Next to the residential is a sports paddle tennis court and very close to the area you will find shopping centers, stores, restaurants and more.
